How to wear lenses and what precautions you consider ?

The first hurdle in adopting lenses I the method of wearing lenses.

Following are the steps and precautions for wearing lenses.

1-     Cleanliness is very much important when you handling lenses. Your hands must be cleaned and dry. Your eyes should be cleaned and free of dust.

2-     If you are wearing lenses first time then there is no back or front side of lens but it should remains same once the side u choose. This can easily predicted, lens will tends to go in that position.(for transparent lenses only , coloured lenses may have back and front side )

3-     Take out your lens from sterilize solution stick it to your finger.

4-     From one hand open your eye widened and from other hand put lens in the middle of eyeball.

5-     In first few times this procedure may takes 15 to 20 min, and then you become master of it. 

Precautions

1-      Don’t use lenses everyday if you are using it more than two hours.

2-      Choose best available lenses and sterilizing solution.

3-      Every time when you wear lens change the solution in your lens case.

4-      Before wearing lenses first clean your eyes from water.

5-      Don’t go in mud or dust if you are wearing lenses.

6-      If you feeling constant itching in your eyes, stop using lenses.
