Eat Plenty of Fiber
Whenever you see yourself putting on weight, just increase your fiber intake. The best source of fiber is fresh fruits and veggies. These are the best belly fat burning food. There are many other good sources of fiber too like some meat products, beans, legumes and cereals. Top fiber rich fruits include avocado, papaya, oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, kiwi, mango, apricots and guava. Top fiber rich veggies include broccoli, artichokes, turnip greens, spinach, raw carrots, tomatoes, potato with skin. All the bran cereals are rich in fiber so include them in your diet too. Apart from eating fiber rich foods eat lean proteins like turkey and chicken and avoid too much of carbs in your diet.
